Services and delivery
Construction & management
Dolj Tech undertakes to deliver projects in line with international technical specifications and Eurocode safety standards.
Industrial maintenance
Maintenance services follow strict intervention schedules to support production continuity.
Any change to the execution plan requires written approval from both parties and may trigger cost adjustments per technical annexes.
Intellectual property
Blueprints, technical drawings, bespoke software and methodologies on this site or in projects remain the exclusive property of Dolj Tech.
Unauthorised reproduction or use in third-party projects without written consent may infringe copyright and applicable law.
Limitation of liability
Dolj Tech is not liable for delays due to force majeure, unforeseen regulatory changes or defects in third-party supplied materials.
Total liability for damages arising from use of the services is limited to the value of the consulting contract for the relevant project stage.
Jurisdiction
This document is governed by the laws of Romania. For cross-border projects, disputes may be settled by arbitration at the Bucharest Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration unless the contract states otherwise.
